Wallenius SOL acquires two Wagenborg Ro-Ro vessels

Wallenius SOL has agreed to acquire the Ro-Ro vessels Bothniaborg and Balticborg from Royal Wagenborg. The transaction also includes the transfer of Wagenborg’s long-term Contract of Affreightment with Smurfit Westrock. Financial terms were not disclosed.
