As Keagan Jackson’s sixth-inning two-out hit screamed up the middle, plating pinch-runners Kaleb Young and Ethan Timmerman, West Delaware got its first lead, 3-2, in a July 14 Class 3A, Substate 4 semifinal game against Wahlert Catholic in Dubuque.
