The average monthly wage (before tax) in the country in the second quarter reached 2,628.2 euros (excluding sole proprietorships) – 2.9 percent more than in the first quarter and 10.1 percent more than in the same period last year.

In the second quarter of this year, compared to the same period last year, the average monthly gross (before tax) wage in Lithuania increased by 10.1 percent, and net (after tax) wage - by 9.1 percent, according to the State Data Agency.
The average gross monthly salary in the country (excluding sole proprietorships) in the second quarter of this year reached EUR 2,628.2 – 2.9% more than in the first quarter and 10.1% more than in the same period last year.
