IB program on the chopping block at Dover School DOVER - Voters will decide whether the International Baccalaureate (IB) program remains in place at the Dover School. At its March 17 meeting, the River Valleys Unified Union School District Board opted to put the program’s future on the warning for its upcoming annual meeting.
