Aw Shucks: Dolly Parton Corn Mazes Crop up in Fields Nationwide

Twenty farms across American fields and Canada have unveiled large corn mazes this fall to honor the late country music icon Dolly Parton, raising funds for her Imagination Library.
Brett Herbst, founder of The Maize Inc., said these tributes were planned months before Parton died in Aug., calling the late philanthropist a "true American treasure."
At Twins BBQ in Brookfield, Connecticut, a 5-acre maze features Parton's likeness about 55 miles from New York, where visitor Stephanie Chen and her son William navigated the paths.
Co-Owner Danielle Gallop said honoring Parton "made it exponentially more meaningful," as visitors arrived in cowboy hats and Parton shirts to celebrate the late icon.
Previous annual campaigns honored country stars including Reba McEntire in 2023, Luke Bryan in 2024, and Lainey Wilson in 2025, establishing a tradition of corn maze tributes.
