A strong weather front passed through Slovenia in the evening and at night, leaving real devastation in some places. The northern part of the country, especially the Gorenjska region, was hit the hardest. The strong wind broke trees and knocked down electricity poles, exposed roofs, and rainwater flooded basements. More than 1,500 users are without electricity in the Elektro Ljubljana area.
