Today, the Vilnius Prosecutor General's Office presented a case filed against a Roman Catholic priest who worked in the Vilnius Archdiocese for sexual crimes against minors. It states that the case contains 34 charges and notes that the case is also related to another case filed against a priest who is accused of possessing pornographic content.
On Tuesday, while the prosecutor's office press conference was still ongoing, in which Chief Prosecutor Justas Laucius announced that the cleric is accused of 34 criminal episodes that may have been committed over a period of 23 years, the Vilnius Archdiocese released a statement to the media.
