The last village festival of the year traditionally takes place in Ruinerwold. Zomerfeest Ruinerwold, as it is officially called, will become an association as of January 1st. "This is to ensure that we can continue to organize our village festival in the future. With more members, we will have a steady income, more involvement from the village, and together we will ensure that the festival can be celebrated," according to the board.
