Amazon delivery driver runs over woman in disturbing hit-and-run

A 29-year-old woman was run over by an Amazon driver in Butchers Hill on Tuesday night and is currently hospitalized, according to Baltimore Police.
The driver, Jerome Allan Young, Jr., 26, surrendered to police after the incident and is facing charges of negligent and reckless driving.
Amazon spokesperson Austin Stowe stated that the driver has been suspended from delivering and that they are cooperating with law enforcement.
The woman, who remains hospitalized, was struck around 9:30 p.m. Near East Pratt and South Chester streets.
