Victim identified, arrest made in January shooting on Greshamwood Place

From the RPD: Richmond Police detectives have identified the victim in the fatal shooting that occurred earlier this year as Darrell Mann, 52, of Richmond, and detectives have made an arrest. Misty Swift, 35, of Richmond, has been charged with murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a violent felon. Her booking photo is attached.
