Vice President JD Vance Hosting Midterm Rally in Belgrade on October 26
The event will support Republican candidates as polls show a close race in Montana’s western congressional district, analysts say.
On Monday, October 26, Vice President JD Vance will hold a campaign rally at the Bozeman-Yellowstone International Airport in Belgrade, Montana, to support Republican candidates ahead of Election Day.
Vance is currently on a national campaign swing, having appeared in Nebraska on Thursday, representing the latest effort by Republican leaders to support federal candidates before Election Day.
The rally begins at 10:00 a.m. at 75 Merrick Lane, with remarks from Vance set for 11:40 a.m.; attendees must RSVP online and verify registration via text and phone.
Recent national support includes a rally held less than two weeks ago by President Donald Trump in Kalispell and a Tuesday visit to Bozeman by Speaker of the House Mike Johnson.
Polls show a tight contest in Montana's Western District House election between Republican candidate Aaron Flint and Democratic nominee Sam Forstag, which has drawn significant national attention in recent weeks.
