LEESVILLE, La. (WNTZ) - The Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office announced several arrests made between Aug. 7 and Aug. 9. On Aug. 7, deputies arrested Charles Lee Jackson Jr., 37, of Many, on charges of driving on the right side of the road with exceptions, driving on a roadway laned for traffic, open container, possession of methamphetamine in excess of 200 grams, and possession of a Schedule II narcotic with intent to distribute.
