SHENANDOAH – A Shenandoah woman left her car running in an alleyway Wednesday and it was stolen shortly after, state troopers said. This happened around 5:30am Wednesday on North Ferguson Street in the borough, State Police at Frackville said. A 27-year-old woman left a 2012 Toyota Rav4 unattended and running.
