It was established that there is no reasonable suspicion that the journalists committed a criminal offense
The decision was expected, bearing in mind that we claimed from the beginning that by publishing information of public interest, our journalists did not commit a criminal offense, the Center for Investigative Journalism says.
As the VDT told CIN-CG, the decision to reject the report was made on August 10, because it was established that there is no reasonable suspicion that the journalists committed this, nor any other criminal offense for which they are being prosecuted ex officio
