On 25 June, "a young woman who is particularly vulnerable and mentally deficient", according to the attorney general of the Nîmes Court of Appeal, went to a gendarmerie barracks in the Vaucluse with her guardians to file a complaint of rape. She lost her way and called a man she knew to return to her home. She accused this man of rape during the trip on 22 June 2026. A quadrennial under strengthened curatelle, "but he is aware of good and evil".
