GRAND FORKS, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Eric Ingstad enlisted into the North Dakota Army National Guard on September 15th of 2020. He graduated from Valley City High School in May of 2022. Ingstad attended basic training in high school and completed AIT for 12C upon graduation.
