Vail Valley real estate market warming up this spring

As the Vail Valley transitions from ski season to spring’s rising temperatures, home sales across the region are on the rise as well. In March, 92 homes sold, which was a 16% increase from the 79 homes sold in February. The median sale price was $1.755 million, down just 2% from February.
