A German study of 114 allogeneic stem cell transplant recipients shows that mRNA vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 is safe and largely effective, with antibody responses rising from 81.8 percent after two doses to 96.1 percent after three and proving stronger when vaccination occurs more than two years after transplantation.
