Vacant houses demolished to improve local neighborhoods

Binghamton, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) -- The Broome County Land Bank is continuing its trend of brightening up neighborhoods with the the removal of another eye sore. Earlier this week the land bank demolished in 8 and 8 and a half Cypress Street in the City of Binghamton.
