Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger said calls to ban automatic license plate reading cameras, such as Flock devices, are “overly simplistic,” instead vowing to work with lawmakers on a solution to protect privacy while also maintaining the ability for law enforcement to investigate crimes.
