Wayne Broadhurst, 49, was killed in the incident on Monday evening, while two others were injured, including a 14-year-old boy.
The man who lost his life was 49 years old and, according to neighbors, was passing through the dog. Witnesses still say he was dead after trying to prevent the suspect from attacking the other two victims.
