LA CROSSE, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) — After 16 years as chancellor of UW La Crosse, Joe Gow will be stepping down at the end of the school year. Gow became UWL's 10th chancellor in February of 2007. He is the longest-serving chancellor in the UW System and the 2nd longest serving in school history. He plans to transition into a faculty role at the end of the year. The university says plans for bringing in a new chancellor will be shared at a later date.…
