Brittany Briana Ramon, 25, of Uvalde, died around 5 a.m. Aug. 8 after reportedly driving on the wrong side of Highway 90 and colliding with a pickup truck. The crash occurred on Highway 90 in Kinney County, 16 miles west of Brackettville. Ramon was pronounced dead at the scene.
