Okinawa Prefecture's Kunigami Fisheries Cooperative (Chairman Yoshihisa Murata), Takasago Thermal Engineering, Japan Airlines, YKK and seven other parties have launched a project to ship fish to consumer destinations such as Tokyo while preserving their freshness. An outline of the project was unveiled to the press at Hentona Fishing Port in Kunigami Village on the 26th.
