US Senate shuts down again.

Summary by Salzburger Nachrichten
A partial government shutdown in the USA has been averted for now. After the House of Representatives passed the bill on Thursday evening, the Senate also approved a law that secures the government's financing and prevents a so-called shutdown - albeit for a short period of time. US President Joe Biden still needs to sign the bill. It is an extension of the current guidelines for government spending and thus a temporary measure.
