Former military officer Jorge Luis Vega García, who legally emigrated from #Cuba to the #US, has been arrested by @ICEgov after being accused by several former political prisoners of ordering #torture in #Matanzas #prisons.
The military was denounced by former political prisoners and their work was concentrated in the prisons of Agüica and Canaleta, in Matanzas province.
