Upper Darby council approves new Drexeline Town Center plans as retail sites there prepare to open

With the Drexeline ShopRite, Rite Aid and Wawa just days from re-opening, Upper Darby Council gave Drexeline Town Center developers final approval on the next phase, which removes nearly 200 apartments from the plan, replacing them with medical offices.
