UPDATED: Port starts crane fixes after reported 100 mph winds, works to keep cargo flowing

Port crews and contractors are working to return three cranes to service after 100 mph winds halted nearly all cargo unloading.

The Port Authority of Guam started fixes to its gantry cranes Sunday, following a Friday incident that saw its gantry cranes hit with 100 mile-per-hour winds and took all three offline.
