The National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory at 6:40 p.m. on Sunday valid from 7 p.m. until Tuesday 1 p.m. for Mercer, Venango and Forest counties.The weather service adds to anticipate, "Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph."
