A 33-year-old Port Hope woman is facing charges after police were dispatched to a business in the north end of Cobourg Monday morning. At approximately 10:30 a.m., police attended a business in the area of Elgin Street and Burnham Street in Cobourg, after it was reported that a woman had stolen a purse and vehicle.
