Belleville police: Missing man found "alive and well"

A man reported missing earlier this week has been located and is in good health, Belleville police say. Robert Billyard, 68, had last been seen Sunday in western Belleville. Staff Sgt. Jeff Geen announced via e-mail Tuesday evening that Billyard had been found and was “alive and well.” Police thanked residents and news media for their help in the search.

Belleville police are reporting that they have found a missing 68 year old. Robert Billyard was found on the 17th of June, after police asked the public for help locating him the day before. The police are thanking the public for their help in locating the man.

Donavon Has Been Located On June 16, 2025, members of the Lakeshore OPP received a report that Donavon, 51-years-of-age, was missing from the Municipality of Lakeshore since June 14, 2025. On June 16, 2025, the male was located safe. Essex County OPP would like to thank the media and the public with their assistance in this investigation.
