The Forensic Crash Unit has charged a man following investigations into a fatal traffic crash at Gaven on 21 September. Around 2.50am, a silver Jeep Cherokee was parked on the side of the M1, northbound, near the Smith Street on-ramp when it was struck by a grey Toyota Hilux.
