An updated extreme cold watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 1:12 p.m. valid from Saturday 3 p.m. until Sunday 10 a.m. for Western Chester, Eastern Chester, Western Montgomery, Eastern Montgomery, Upper Bucks and Lower Bucks as well as Delaware and Philadelphia counties.The weather service states, "Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees below possible."
