Update: Crash At Mono Way And Hess Avenue

Update at 1:30 p.m.: First responders remain on the scene of a two-vehicle collision on Mono Way, a hit-and-run. It was originally reported as a rear-end crash with a child injured, but now the CHP reports no injuries in the wreck involving a Toyota Rav4 SUV.
