Detectives with Collegedale Police arrested 18-year-old Kian Andrew Neal in connection with the disappearance and suspected death of 56-year-old Robert George Locke, finding Locke’s DNA in Neal’s vehicle and charging Neal with criminal homicide and other serious offenses.
