NEW LONDON — The man who died in a skid steer accident reported Sunday was 67-year-old Randall Lipinski, of New London, according to Kandiyohi County Chief Sheriff’s Deputy Kent Bauman. According to a news release issued Monday by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office, dispatchers received a report around 2:41 p.m. Sunday of a man trapped by a skid steer loader in the city of New London.
