The Brisbane City Child Protection and Investigation Unit (CPIU) and Homicide Investigations Unit have upgraded seven teenager’s charges to murder following investigations into the serious assault of a man in Kelvin Grove on Friday 24 July. Shortly before 10.30pm, it is alleged a group of teens assaulted a 27-year-old man on Victoria Park Road and stole his blue 2025 BYD Shark 6.
