April 28th marks the 24th anniversary of the disappearance of a Bristol, Tennessee man whose cold case remains on the books with the Virginia State Police. Cody Matney was last seen outside a West State Street nightspot called Confetti’s sitting in his truck and talking with an individual in another pickup.
