UnityPoint seeks applications from nonprofits for AEDs

A grant program by UnityPoint Health-St. Luke’s is seeking applications from local nonprofits, first responders and ambulance crews for its automated external defibrillator grant program.  UnityPoint will dole out 50 AEDs through its program.  Applications are due May 11 at tinyurl.com/AEDGrantStLuke and awardees will be announced in July in conjunction with the expansion of the Cedar Rapids hospital’s heart and vascular center.
