Bristol's Temple Church heads up English Heritage pilot scheme to capture England's heritage through poetry

For World Poetry Day 2025, English Heritage has announced a pilot project to celebrate England’s everyday heritage through poetry. ‘A Heritage Portrait of England’ will see acclaimed local poets from The Poetry Takeaway visiting the charity’s historic sites to craft unique poems for people that explore everyday heritage.
