UND lands top-ranked recruit Nolan Fitzhenry

GRAND FORKS — UND has landed a recruit it has long coveted. Nolan Fitzhenry, a forward from Andover, Minn., and the Herald’s No. 1-ranked U.S.-born college hockey recruit for 2027-28, gave a verbal commitment to UND on Thursday, ending an 18-month recruiting process.
