MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio -- A man said Sept. 19 that he was the victim of fraud when working with an unknown man whom he had hired to purchase an expensive computer part for him from Micro Center.He said he drove from out of state to the Eastgate Plaza to meet with a man he found through an app that is used to hire people to do a variety of work.
