Shortly after visits by top European politicians to Kyiv for the fourth anniversary of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine, the Russian air force attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region. An explosion killed two people, regional military administrator Oleksandr Gansha announced on Telegram. Five other civilians were injured, and numerous houses were damaged by the bombing. More victims may still be trapped under the rubble.
