Judge of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court Lev Kishakevich, who was identified by the competition commission as a candidate from Ukraine for the post of judge of the International Criminal Court (ICC), did not confirm the proper level of English language proficiency during the interview and is unqualified for appointment to this position.
