Motorsport's governing body, the FIA, was wrong to lift the ban imposed on Russians because nothing has changed since it was imposed, Ukraine's Minister of Youth and Sports says, according to the BBC.
The Ukrainian Automobile Federation appealed following the lifting of restrictions on drivers and teams from Russia and Belarus, while athletes had previously held a neutral flag.
