The yellow alert for heat issued by Spain’s weather agency AEMET has been extended to Thursday, with forecasts predicting that the minor heatwave will last until the weekend. Alerts are only issued two days ahead, but indications are that the hot weather and fairly mild calima conditions won’t change much until Saturday.
