UDOT warns drivers to expect delays on highway 6 as crews work to complete safety improvements before winter

UDOT press release SALT LAKE CITY  —  The Utah Department of Transportation is advising drivers to plan for moderate delays on U.S. Route 6 this summer and fall as crews begin construction on a safety project.  Beginning on Friday, May 8, at 7 a.m., two miles of US-6 near Thistle Junction (the US-6 and US-89 intersection) will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
