Two months after the army chief warned that there was no law allowing foreign drones to be shot down on the spot, the legislation remains unchanged.

On the night of March 28, a new possible drone crashed in Romania. The Defense Ministry did not say whether the radars detected the object, nor whether the MapN leadership ordered its shooting down. However, the laws required to shoot down a drone do not exist, two months after the head of the Army publicly demanded them.
