Two Men Fined for Causing Public Disturbance at Songkran Festival in Bandar Utama Mall - WORLD OF BUZZ

Two air conditioning maintenance workers were recently fined for causing a public disturbance at a Songkran festival held at a shopping mall last week. According to the New Straits Times, Ng Boo Sheng and Ch’ng Jin Wei pleaded guilty to the charges before magistrates Farah Azura Mohd Saad and Shahril Anuar Ahmad Mustapha.
