Two killed in single-vehicle crash on Highway 108

POLK COUNTY—On Sunday, January 4, two people were killed in a single-vehicle crash in Columbus, authorities confirmed. The North Carolina Highway Patrol reported that the crash happened around 12:55 p.m. on Highway 108 near Farm Lane. An eastbound Ford F-150 left the roadway and collided with a tree.
